I’m a complete beginner—will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Most of our members start with little or no experience in the gym. Our coaching team will guide you through everything, ensuring you build confidence and progress at your own pace.
I’ve tried other programmes before and failed. What makes this different?
Most fitness programmes leave you to figure things out on your own. We don’t.
You’ll have daily access to coaching, a structured plan tailored to your lifestyle, and accountability to keep you on track. Our approach is designed to be fail-proof.

How does the 90-Day Fat Loss Accelerator work?
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. We don’t do extreme diets or unrealistic meal plans. We focus on sustainable changes, helping you build a way of eating that fits your life and still allows you to enjoy your favourite foods.
How much time do I need to commit?
Most clients train 3-4 times per week, with sessions lasting around 45 minutes. We focus on efficient training that gets results without taking over your life.
What’s the difference between Club 300 and a regular gym?
A regular gym gives you access to equipment. We provide expert coaching, structured programming, accountability, and a supportive community... everything you need to succeed, without the guesswork.
What if I have a busy schedule?
That’s exactly who we cater to. Our flexible coaching system allows you to train at times that fit your lifestyle, and we help you make progress even with a demanding work and family life.
Can I still enjoy social events and weekends without ruining progress?
Yes. Our approach is designed to be flexible. We help you build habits that allow you to stay on track while still enjoying meals out, drinks, and social events.
I have an injury... can I still join?
Yes, our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and can modify training to suit your needs. We’ll make sure you train safely while still making progress.
What happens after the 90-day programme?
Most clients continue with us on a rolling membership because they love the results and ongoing support. We make sure you have a plan in place to maintain and build on your progress.
What if I’m not motivated?
Motivation comes and goes, which is why we focus on accountability, structure, and community. We won’t let you fall off track... our coaching team will be there to guide and support you.
